Do I still have insurance?

Yes, you are still covered! We just want to be proactive and transition your policy before it expires.

Who is going to help me get a new policy? Are all of the staff still at the agency?

Our agency and staff are not going anywhere! American National is just one of the many carries that we represent. Our team will shop and place your policy with a new carrier for you!

I received a letter from American National that says to call my agent, do I need to do this?

No! Our team is already working to find a new carrier for your policy. We understand that it is difficult waiting on something as important as the protection of your home, however, our office will be able to place your policy much faster with a lower call volume.

What can I expect the process to look like?

Our team will contact you to collect any further information we may need to start your quote. Due to recent changes in the industry, this may include sending additional documentation that was not required in the past. But don’t worry, we will walk you through the entire process! Please be on the lookout for correspondence from our agency so we can make this transition as fast and smooth as possible.

What about my other American National policies?

American National is currently still in the market for all other policies. However, when we shop your homeowner’s policy if we find that another carrier is more competitive, we will look at moving your other policies, as well.
